Capitol PS400 is a trowelable pressure sensitive adhesive developed for the installation carpet tiles, fiberglass reinforced sheet vinyl, luxury vinyl tiles (12×12 in.) and commercial carpet cushion. This high solids product tacks quickly and offers high shear strength to help resist movement.
