Woven for the rooms people remember.
For more than seven decades, a family-owned Spanish mill has woven wool carpet for the lobbies, ballrooms and gaming floors where the floor is part of the architecture. Fully bespoke — any pattern, any scale — and specified for architects and designers through Yorkshore, from first colorway to final walkthrough.
The raw material.

Every Alarwool carpet is woven from pure new wool. The fiber arrives with its performance built in — a natural crimp that recovers underfoot, inherent resistance to flame, and a depth of color that synthetics approximate but do not hold.
Fully bespoke
Patterns, borders and colorways developed to the project — drawn by an in-house design studio, not pulled from a catalog. If the room needs it, the loom can weave it.
The original performance fiber
Wool is naturally resilient and inherently flame-resistant, and it recovers from crushing in high-traffic zones better than most synthetics — no additives required.
Acoustic by nature
Dense woven wool absorbs footfall, conversation and the clatter of a full ballroom — the quiet that guests register without ever looking down.
Managed through Yorkshore
Design, project management and production, carried by one dedicated account executive — a signature floor on a commercial timeline.
Three ways to weave a floor.

Woven, pattern-rich carpet capable of intricate multi-color design — the classic choice for ballrooms, corridors and gaming floors where the pattern carries the room. Casino Estoril, on a floor that never sleeps.
Clean geometry, lower profile.
A tighter, flatter woven construction for contemporary interiors — crisp lines and quiet durability for offices, meeting floors and transitional commercial spaces where a plush pile would say too much.

Bespoke rugs and broadloom for the signature moments — reception areas, suites and focal installations where sculpted pile and custom artwork matter. Worked by hand in the Alarwool studio.

Every design begins as a drawing and becomes a woven strike-off before the full run — pattern, texture and color approved in hand, not on screen.

From London to Los Angeles.

A full-floor lobby weave for an American flagship — proof the mill's timeline holds on this side of the Atlantic.

A suite living room over hand-woven wool — quiet pattern under contemporary furniture, the dome of Whitleys in the window.

Woven to a moving room — cut and bound to fit a train carriage, the hardest brief in hospitality.

A pre-function hall between events — the ribboned weave running the full length of the floor, before the room fills.
