A Danish mill that shows its work.
From Bording, Denmark, Fletco weaves wall-to-wall carpet and carpet tiles for contract interiors — and publishes the numbers behind them. Nothing in the construction that architects and designers need to explain away: no bitumen, no latex, no PVC, no PFAS.
What the floor is made without.
More than a dozen wall-to-wall qualities — Højer, Nordic, Zenith and Penta among them — built for offices, schools and museums.
Fletco manufactures without bitumen, latex, PVC or PFAS — the short list that decides how a carpet ages, off-gasses and eventually leaves the building. And every contract quality carries a cradle-to-grave CO2e calculation, so the embodied-carbon line in the schedule is a published figure, not an estimate.

Manufactured without
Bitumen, latex, PVC and PFAS stay out of production — a cleaner floor to specify, and a cleaner one to strip out.
Carbon, declared
Cradle-to-grave CO2e figures on the contract qualities, ready for the sustainability chapter of the submission.
Regenerated yarn
Stellar, the newest tile collection, is woven from regenerated ECONYL nylon — and took an iF Design Award in 2024.
Built for the model
BIM objects across the range, ready to drop the specification straight into the drawing set.
Broadloom and tile, one clear range.
Loomed widths for floors that read as a single surface — the workhorse of lobbies, libraries and open plans.
iF Design Award, 2024.
Fletco’s newest carpet tile collection, woven from regenerated ECONYL yarn — the material standard and the design ambition on the same tile.
Modular tiles engineered for quick, clean installation — and for the day the plan changes.
Interlocking geometry alongside the standing tile range — Nordic, COM 1000 and Zenith TEXtiles among them.
Collections with named authors.
A checkerboard set against raw concrete — furniture-grade design thinking brought down to the floor.
Printed patterns that interrupt the flow of the pile — an abstract read with unusual depth.
Raw, patinated structures — Broadlines, Erosion, Micro and Stone — for interiors built to age visibly and well.
A biophilic collection at workplace scale — patinated tiles under a window of city.
