Product Line — Floortress
Heavy-duty vinyl, in plank and tile.
A 30 mil loose-lay construction — six high-variation wood planks and six stone-and-marble tiles, waterproof and antimicrobial through the section.
Floortress plank in the Forward colorway — 7″ × 48″ boards, loose-laid.
01 — Two Formats
One construction, two formats.
Floortress runs a 3 mm construction under a 30 mil wear layer in both formats — planks at 7″ by 48″, tiles at 12″ by 24″. Either goes down loose-laid or glued, and both carry the same finish system.
High-variation wood planks, 7″ × 48″ — the Cityscape colorway, fifteen boards to the carton.
Stone and marble visuals in 12″ × 24″ tile — the Mason colorway, loose-laid or glued down.
Waterproof
Waterproof through the full 3 mm section — spills and mop water stay on the surface.
Antimicrobial
Antimicrobial treatment across both plank and tile formats.
30 mil wear
A 0.76 mm wear layer — the heaviest in the Yorkshore vinyl line.
Certified
FloorScore certified and VOC-free, with a commercial warranty.

02 — Wear & Finish
Thirty mils between traffic and the print.
The wear layer runs 30 mil — the most durable vinyl in the Yorkshore line — under a UV ceramic bead finish with BellaSure. Planks are embossed in register, so the texture follows the printed grain, and every edge carries a microbevel.
The Explore colorway under a dining set — embossed in register, so the texture follows the printed grain to every microbeveled edge.
Installation
Loose lay, or glue down.
Both formats go down either way — loose-laid for speed and service access, glued where the traffic plan demands it.
Under Traffic
Heavy-duty vinyl, built for the spaces that grind floors down.
03 — Where It Serves
Specified for the hardest-working floors.
The 30 mil build is meant for the spaces that grind floors down — retail circulation, hospitality, corridors and back-of-house — where wear resistance decides the specification.
Floortress tile in the Newton colorway — the same 30 mil section carrying lobbies, corridors and amenity floors.
Retail circulation
Sales floors and circulation paths, where footfall and rolling loads concentrate.
Hospitality
Lobbies and amenity floors that have to stay presentable around the clock.
Corridors
The long runs that grind a finish down first — 30 mil is specified for them.
Back-of-house
Service and prep areas where wear resistance decides the specification.
