The washable wall.
AM-Clad builds wall cladding for rooms where hygiene is a code requirement, not a preference. The material is PVCu — unplasticized, free of phthalates and BPAs, fully recyclable — and the surface actively kills germs. Hospitals, laboratories, commercial kitchens and food production floors around the world hold their walls to this standard.
The seams are welded, not caulked — color-matched rod closes the wall into one washable surface.
01 — AM-Clad Antimicrobial
Antimicrobial by material, not by coating.
The 2.5mm smooth-satin sheet is the core of the line — an easy-clean surface that dramatically reduces or eliminates bacterial growth, including dangerous pathogens. Sheets run 8, 9 and 10 feet tall by 4 feet wide, with matching sealants, adhesives, H-divider and edge trims, so the whole wall assembly comes from one system.

02 — AM-Guard Protection
AM-Guard takes the trolley hit.
The 2mm textured sheet is the premium protection grade for walls and corners in busy healthcare, foodsafe and production corridors — impact- and scratch-resistant against trolleys, scuff marks and graffiti. Standard sheets run 47.24 by 118.11 inches; impact strips mount as horizontal bump bars at the height where the hits actually land.
Angles take the first hit in any corridor — the corner is the spec’s most honest test.

03 — Hygienic PVC
The Hygienic line, in gloss.
The 2.5mm smooth-gloss panel is written for the wettest, most scrubbed rooms on the plan — operating rooms and surgical areas, laboratories, restaurant kitchens, food manufacturing and production. The same panel serves schools, spas, leisure centers, gyms and custodial premises, with a palette that runs from pastels to saturated color.
Hygienic cladding runs from servery to the open cookline behind. Degreasable, washable, bright.
04 — Trims & Documentation
The seam is the system.
Every run finishes with the same kit: two-part edge trims, H-dividers for long walls, and color-matched weld rod where the joint must wash down like the sheet itself. Each line carries its own data sheets, installation guides and NBS clauses — with trims or with weld.

Sampling
