PRODUCT — PLAYGROUND TILES

A fall surface, molded one tile at a time.

Dinoflex PlayTiles® are molded recycled-rubber tiles for playgrounds — fall-height certified to ASTM, water permeable and slip resistant when wet, interlocking at 24″ × 24″ with no adhesive for most installations. A safety surface that reads as design, from a mill that has worked in recycled rubber for more than thirty-five years.

MOLDED COLOR

The tile at arm’s length — color molded through the full thickness, not coated on, so wear only ever exposes more of the same.

IN SERVICE

A climbing frame over a two-tone field — the duty cycle the surface is specified for: daily use, all weather, no repainting cycle to keep.

02 — THE INSTALLS

One tile, every kind of playground.

SCHOOLYARDS

Color set into the surface, not painted on — an orange circle inset in the blue field, specified to hold through years of recess traffic.

PLAYTILES®

Fall-height certified, ADA compliant.

The two numbers a playground specification turns on — met at every thickness, and documented in the technical data sheets that ship with it.

Built for the Fall
A playground floor is safety equipment first — certified for the fall, colored for the play.
03 — THE STANDARD

Certified for the fall, built for the weather.

THE FALL ZONE

THE SPECIFICATION

Two thicknesses, every certification that matters.

At 1½″ the tile carries a 4′ critical fall height; at 2¼″, 6′ — and with the Dinofall underlayment system beneath, up to 12′. ADA compliant, FloorScore certified, and porous enough to drain a rainstorm while the swings are still moving.

01

Fall height, to ASTM

Certified critical fall heights from 4′ to 12′, set by tile thickness and the Dinofall system beneath — the number the playground audit asks for first.

02

Permeable and high-traction

Water drains through the tile rather than pooling on it, and the surface keeps its traction when wet — play resumes as soon as the rain stops.

03

Interlocking, adhesive-free

24″ × 24″ tiles lock into a solid surface without adhesive in most applications — installable in any season, and liftable when access below is needed.

04

An inclusive surface

Firm enough for wheelchairs and mobility devices, meeting ADA standards — one surface for every child on the playground.
