Capitol VA550 is an acrylic based adhesive developed for the installation of most vinyl flooring products. It acts like a pressure sensitive up front and then the tack disappears and the adhesive becomes hard setting. This adhesive offers the flexibility of installing over porous and semi-porous substrates.
