Overview
ES-100 is Base King's EnviroSTIX system for the humid slab. The same pre-applied, pre-cured poly-acrylic adhesive is paired with ES-MBP, a one-component, solvent-free polyurethane moisture barrier primer: two coats block moisture up to 100% RH (ASTM F2170), neutralize surface pH and dry in about 40 to 60 minutes per coat. Each 2.5-gallon unit spreads roughly 1,500 sq ft.
The flooring arrives with the adhesive on its backing, so installation is peel, place and roll with immediate access and no adhesive odor. Both components calculate at 0 g/L VOC. ES-100 is approved over radiant heated slabs up to 85% RH when the system has run for seven days before installation. The 10-year limited warranty applies when adhesive and primer are bought together from Base King with the project named on the order; average lead time is one to two weeks.
