Yorkshore.com does not take orders or payments online, so there are no online purchases to return or refund.

• Orders are placed with your Yorkshore account executive. Returns, cancellations, restocking fees, claims for damage or shortage, and warranty claims are governed by the terms on your written quote, order confirmation or invoice, and by the manufacturer's warranty.
• Samples are provided to evaluate products and do not need to be returned unless your representative tells you otherwise.
