Yorkshore wants yorkshore.com to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. The site is built to support:
- keyboard navigation and visible focus
- text alternatives for meaningful images
- labelled form fields with clear error messages
- sufficient color contrast
- layouts that work when zoomed and on small screens
- forms without inaccessible CAPTCHA challenges
Known limitations
- Some manufacturer technical documents (PDF data sheets, installation guides and certificates) are supplied by third parties and may not be fully accessible. If you need a document in another format, ask us and we will help.
- Third-party design tools and videos linked from product pages are run by their providers and may not meet the same standard.
