Overview

Sika Level-01 Primer Plus is the first step of Sika's Level line, the primer for the pour. It penetrates the substrate to shut down outgassing, the bubbles that ruin a self-leveling underlayment, and prevents water loss from the fresh pour into the slab, so Level-425 or Level SkimCoat cures as designed.

Yorkshore presents the Level line as a four-step sequence for concrete and plywood substrates: prime with Level-01 or the ready-to-use Level-02 EZ, patch with Level-025, pour Level-425, skim with Level SkimCoat. Sika publishes the technical and safety data sheets for Level-01 Primer Plus on usa.sika.com; coverage, dilution and dry time are stated there rather than on yorkshore.com, so ask your account executive for the current data sheet with the system recommendation and coverage math for your slab.
