About Yorkshore
Yorkshore recommends and supplies commercial flooring across Florida and New England, working alongside architects and designers, project managers and general contractors in healthcare, education, corporate and commercial projects.
Who we serve
The same project reaches us from different directions. An architecture and design practice wants the palette and the performance data; a project manager wants the schedule held; a general contractor wants the material on site, correct, the first time. Yorkshore is built to answer all of them, including the facilities team that inherits the floor.
- Architects and designers: palette, precedent and performance data, with samples and specification support for the sector the floor is drawn for.
- Project managers: one dedicated account executive carries the order from first sample to punch list.
- General contractors: material on site as specified, with adhesives, prep and transitions resolved before they become field questions.
- Facilities teams: maintenance regimes, references and products chosen to keep man-hours down after handover.
How we work
Every Yorkshore project is carried by one dedicated account executive: the same person who sends the first sample, checks the adhesive against the substrate and walks the punch list. Recommendations come with the reasoning attached: why this material, this adhesive, this gauge, for this space.
