Overview

Schönox ZM is the all-substrates self-leveler: a very low emission, very low shrinkage cementitious compound for new laying and renovation work under textile and resilient coverings, parquet, sealings and coatings in residential, commercial and light industrial interiors. It pours from 1.0 to 15 mm neat and 10 to 25 mm with aggregate, is pumpable, and reaches foot traffic in about 2 hours; coverings follow after 6 hours at 3 mm up to 48 hours at 15 mm.

Mixing is 6.25 to 6.50 L of water per 25 kg sack at around 1.5 kg/m² per mm. ZM is rated A1/A1fl for fire, licensed EMICODE EC1 PLUS and RAL UZ 113, meets the Marine Equipment Directive and carries an environmental product declaration to ISO 14025 and EN 15804. Supplied in 25 kg sacks or 1,000 kg big bags.
