Overview
ES-2-GO moves Base King's pre-applied adhesive onto the job site. A mobile applicator feeds pre-cured double-sided adhesive tape rolls, 100 ft long and cut to the material width up to 24 in., onto the back of carpet tile, vinyl tile and plank, rubber flooring, carpet rolls, transitions and stair treads as they pass through the press roller, so coverage is set by the machine rather than the installer.
The adhesive is odor-free at 0 g/L VOC, moisture resistant and allows immediate foot traffic. It installs over concrete finished to ASTM F710, exterior-grade plywood and high-moisture-rated cement levelers; where slab pH reaches 12 or above, the ES-P (under 96% RH) or ES-MBP (up to 100% RH) primer is required. The system carries a 5-year limited warranty when a bond test and the full application instructions are followed.
