Next Step Extreme
Heavy-duty recycled rubber tile with impact backing to 22 mm for powerlifting and drop zones

Recycled rubber fitness tile, 8 to 12 mm standard, for free-weight and functional training floors
Availability and lead times are confirmed by your Yorkshore representative.
Next Step High Impact is Dinoflex's recycled rubber tile for general fitness floors: free-weight areas, functional training zones and the circulation between them. Each tile is a laminated construction with an EPDM colour top layer bonded to a dense regrind backing, manufactured in block form in Salmon Arm, British Columbia, and cut to a tolerance of plus or minus 0.5 mm.
Standard thicknesses are 8, 10 and 12 mm in 38 × 38 in square-edge tiles for glue-down or 37 × 37 in interlocking tiles for loose lay; the specification guide allows builds up to 22 mm with a 6 mm colour layer over a 16 mm backing. Recycled content runs from 56 to 90 percent depending on colour blend.
The line is FloorScore certified, carries an EPD, and is covered by a five-year limited commercial warranty. Yorkshore recommends it for light free-weight areas, with Next Step Extreme or Stride tiles where lifting loads increase.
Suitability depends on configuration, substrate, installation and maintenance. Confirm project-specific requirements with a specialist.
