Overview
Stride Fitness Tiles are Dinoflex recycled rubber tiles for strength floors and dedicated lifting zones. Built up to 2¾ in thick, they are the tile Yorkshore steps up to for powerlifting and squat areas, where the floor has to take dropped weights and protect the slab beneath.
The tiles interlock, so no adhesive is needed and they can be installed over existing hard surfaces. Dinoflex states that Stride absorbs vibration and reduces noise in occupied spaces, and the Product Overview lists the tiles as FloorScore certified for indoor air quality.
The palette runs on gemstone names — Jade, Garnet, Emerald, Citrine, Sapphire, Ruby, Quartz and Black — with a quiet EPDM fleck over a black recycled rubber base. Yorkshore most often specifies Stride for free-weight zones, cardio lines and locker rooms.
