Overview
Silver Knight is a general-purpose heterogeneous sheet vinyl from Graboplast, supplied as a 3.2 mm roll with a smooth 0.7 mm wear layer. Its multi-layer construction suits commercial and general-purpose rooms where durability and straightforward cleaning matter most.
Graboplast describes the Silver Knight wear layer as self-disinfecting: the manufacturer states that it actively resists microbes between cleanings. For that reason it is specified in operating suites, isolation rooms and the corridors that connect them. It supports a facility's cleaning and disinfection routine rather than replacing it.
Like the rest of the Graboplast sheet range, Silver Knight is installed with heat-welded seams and can be coved up the wall, leaving a continuous surface with no open joints for water to find. The range includes Diamond Tech wood visuals and Acoustic 7, a backed construction that Yorkshore describes as damping impact noise where rooms sit over occupied floors.
