Overview

Gymfit is Graboplast's point-elastic vinyl sport sheet for school gyms, fitness halls and multi-purpose rooms, supplied in 2 m rolls and offered in three constructions: Gymfit 50 (5.0 mm), Gymfit 60 (6.0 mm) and Gymfit 65 (6.5 mm). Each carries a 0.7 mm top layer over a closed-cell PVC foam backing; Gymfit 65 adds the X PUR surface with a low-gloss, scuff-resistant finish.

The sheets are classified to EN 651 for indoor sport use, with shock absorption of 14 to 18 percent, a ball rebound of 100 percent and friction in the 80 to 110 range for controlled changes of direction. Graboplast recommends the range for ball team sports, gymnastics, dance and aerobics, and lists Gymfit 50 for wheelchair sports.

Six colourways are shared across the three constructions. Graboplast does not publish a separate installation guide for its sport sheet; Yorkshore supplies installation guidance with the order.
