Overview
Floorida is a rigid engineered luxury vinyl plank, 8" by 48", waterproof through its full section. It is specified two ways: the 2.5 mm construction glues down for permanent installs, and Floorida+ carries the same face on a 5 mm core that goes down full spread or loose-laid, so service access and tenant turnover do not mean demolition.
Every colorway runs a 22 mil (0.55 mm) commercial wear layer under a ceramic bead finish, with micro-beveled edges and photo-match or stone embossing. The line is FloorScore certified, phthalate-free, and carries a 20-year commercial and lifetime residential warranty.
Twelve colorways, each named for a Florida city, run from pale coastal oaks to smoked boards and stone visuals, and are stocked in both constructions. Floorida is specified where water is a given: retail, food service, multi-family amenity floors and the workspaces around them.
