Overview
ZigZag-Tiles are Fletco carpet tiles laser-cut in a zigzag outline on a 50 x 50 cm module, available in the Stellar, Nordic and COM 1000 qualities. Laid ashlar with every tile in the same direction, the interlocking edges break up the grid so the floor reads as broadloom with less visible joints, and the laser-cut edge gives a clean fit and helps prevent fraying. Single tiles can be lifted and replaced.
All three qualities are rated class 33 commercial heavy under EN 1307 on an rPET felt backing and are manufactured without bitumen, latex, PVC or PFAS. ZigZag-Tiles are produced to order only. Installation follows Fletco's TEXtiles instructions; the pile, thickness and acoustic values for each quality are listed on the COM 1000, Nordic and Stellar product pages.
