Overview

Zenith is Fletco's tufted cut-pile contract carpet, 1/10 in. gauge in 100% continuous-dyed polyamide 6.6 with about 1,000 g/m² of pile and 200,000 tufts per m². It is rated class 33 commercial heavy under EN 1307 with an LC3 luxury rating, the comfort end of the Fletco range.

Broadloom comes about 400 cm wide with a choice of textile (action bac) backing at 6.5 mm total thickness or Silent Bac felt backing at 7.5 mm, which lifts impact sound reduction from about 26 dB to about 30 dB. Zenith TEXtiles are 50 x 50 cm tiles at 8.0 mm total thickness. Fire classification is Cfl-s1 for broadloom and Bfl-s1 for tile. Fletco manufactures without bitumen, latex, PVC or PFAS and declares a cradle-to-grave CO2e figure for each contract quality.
