Mat was born into and raised around a family owned and operated flooring business. He grew up working around the warehouse and installing with his Father. Mat’s professional flooring career started with one of the largest flooring distributors in Florida. He was hired as the Orlando Branch Manager, where he stayed for a year and a half before moving into an outside sales position. When it comes to flooring, Mat has seen it all! With over 16 years of flooring experience including both retail residential and commercial sales.

Bryan has been in the flooring business his whole professional career after graduating from Florida State University in 1988. From retail to commercial sales and installation, Bryan has done it all. For over 2 decades, Bryan has driven commercial flooring specifications through end users and the A&D community in the southeastern U.S. Bryan also looks for new products and distribution opportunities for Yorkshore.

Jimmy is a lifelong Floridian and has many years in the flooring industry. When it comes to flooring, he has done it all from retail sales and service, estimating, installation, commercial sales, and project management. Living in Floral City with his wife and two kids, he enjoys outdoors, fishing, boating and classic cars.

Jack is a native Floridian living in Hollywood, FL with his wife and adopted son and had 2 children. He has been an entrepreneur most of his career and has flooring experience including both retail residential and commercial sales in South Florida. He brings a vast marketing background to our company and will specialize in building strong customer relationships and brand awareness.

Jo grew up on a small farm in rural Indiana, where she developed skills including a strong work ethic, problem solving, patience and caring for others. She began her flooring career at the young age of 19, moving to New England and working her way up through commercial flooring manufacturing and distribution, learning all she could about sales and operations. In 2003, she continued her commercial flooring career moving to Florida and working with flooring contractors, general contractors, distributors, and manufacturers.

When she’s not at work, she enjoys being with her family the most, listening to music and watching Tom Brady play football with her fun-loving husband of over 35 years. She also loves to go to the beach, read and relax by the pool.

Rachael has 17 years of experience in office operations and accounting. She is responsible for all Yorkshore Sales & Marketing Admin, Accounting and HR.

Born in Texas but has lived in Florida most of her life and loves living in her little city of Deland with her teenage son and fur babies. She is always going on adventures, camping, festivals, concerts, cooking, and crafting.

Skyler is responsible for overseeing all receiving & outbound shipments, organizing the warehouse, and running the sample department. When he is out of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog while watching his hometown Detroit Lions & Pistons.

Russell has extensive expertise in the selection and installation of custom cabinetry and over a decade of experience with tile and stone.

A floor covering expert with decades in the industry, Jamie can speak to custom furnishings and fixtures in both commercial and residential settings.

Andre serves the Connecticut A&D market in all lines carried by Sharp Creative with nearly 15 years in the floor covering industry.
